PHOTOGRAPHY PART 1 - WHY I LIKE PHOTOGRAPHY

Something that I'm sure all of you know is that tumblr is very popular and "mentioned". So I decided to get it myself, since everyone thought it was so great. And I gotta say, it's a pretty awesome site. I've had weheartit for a while, and love it to death, but it's different from tumblr. Tumblr has a lot of "hipster" and retro styled photos. And I don't know if I'm just new, but sometime I find it hard to find good photos. Maybe it'll get easier with time. 

 However, this leads so something else I wanna talk about. Photos and photography is something that interests me a lot. I've always loved taking pictures, and looking at pictures. I can sit for hours and just scroll through pictures on tumblr or weheartit. I don't really know what it is, what makes us enjoy looking at totally random pictures? Personally, I just love finding inspiration from different pictures. Both model wise, but also with lightning, edit and background. Cause those things are what makes the picture so, interesting. And unique. Even though a lot of people take the same kind of pictures, doesn't mean that they turn out exactly alike. There's always something that makes every picture unique and different from others. 

I wouldn't call me a "photographer", I mean, I've only been truly into photographing for about a year or so. Ever since I got to use my dad's canon EOS 7D camera, I've gotten a lot more into it. Using a digital camera or the camera on your phone isn't the same thing. You can do so much more with a good quality camera. But that doesn't mean that you have to go out and get a new camera. Use what you got, and edit and play around with effect.

And the editing things that comes with iPhoto as well. There are a lot other editing sites, so try them out and find your favorite. It'll make photography a lot more fun and awesome!

I JUST WANNA WEAR MY PJ'S ALL DAY

If I were only allowed to wear ONE outfit for the rest of my life, it would probably be pajamas. Cause it's comfy, cute and like the best thing in the entire world. I'm not embarrest to say that I have days were I wear my pajamas all day long. Be cause honestly, if I'm not going anywhere and if I'm not doing anything special, then why not? I spend most of my days by the computer anyway, so why not rock my PJ's while I'm at it. 

 This is probably a very unecessary blog post, but since I have nothing else at the moment I decided to post it anyway. Better than nothing right?

Wanties of the Month August

Here are some things that I "want" at the moment. The leggings and the rings I will probably get, and the rest of the stuff might be mine sometime.
 The cardigan from brandymelville isn't on the site anymore, and I can't find it anywhere else. But if any of you know a place where you can get a similar cardigan, please let me know!

I can't believe it's only five days until school starts again. This will be my last year of "middle" school I guess. We don't really have the same grades and school systems like the US. I'm 15 and I'm going into ninth grade. After that it's three years of "college" I guess you could call it. I think I'm gonna study to become a photographer. You never know what could happen.

FIRST IMPRESSION: BB CREME

I recently tried the new BB-creme from Maybelline. It's the "Maybelline pure BB 8-in-1 creme" in the color light. I do own there first BB-creme, and I really like that one too. It's a bit dark for me though, so I haven't really used it that often. 

The first thing I noticed was that it was very light. Judging by the picture you can see that it's a bit to light for my skin tone, but that's nothing a little powder can't fix! 

 I used my "beauty blender" from H&M to apply the BB-creme. It's very easy to apply and it sinks in pretty good into the skin. I've never come across a foundation or BB-creme that doesn't look "cakey" at all, but if you blend it well this will look very natrual. 

 Since it is a Bb-creme, it won't cover up everything. But I definitely think it covered up most of my imperfections and redness. You can just ad some concelear on the spots where it didn't cover up as much as you'd like. I just applied some concelear under my eyes and on any redness I had.

I wore it for almost an entire day, and I think it sat very good. I had some powder on top of it and I would definitely say that it would last all day on someone with normal skin. Since I have very oily skin it didn't last as good, but for being a BB-creme I think it sat very nicely.

LACK OF INSPIRATION

Since I'm lacking inspiration at the moment you get a collage with some pretty pictures for now. I really don't have any idea what to blog about, so it would be nice if you gave me some inspiration in the comments. I'm gonna try to post at least three posts a week. Cause I want my posts to be good and thought of, not just something I throw together in five minutes.
 Nail tutorials and some DIY's will come up every now and then, and videos as well. I already have two lookbooks ready in my head, it just has to get a bit colder before I can record them.

Other than that I hope you have a amazing wednesday. I'm going over to my cousin's later tonight with some friends. We're probably gonna watch a movie and have some girl-talk. And soon me and my family are going on a bike ride to this place where we're gonna grill some hotdogs.

It's that time of the month again. Favorites time! I don't have that many favorites this month, since I haven't really tried out many new things, but here's the ones I got.
For the "beauty"category I have tree products. Two from VS and a nailpolish from Mavala. I've really been loving this body spray from Victoria Secret. The scent is "Coconut passion", and I LOVE  it. Since pink is my favorite color to wear on my nails it's no surprise that it's a pink one this month. "Candyfloss" by Mavala has been my number one favorite forever, but now I actually think this one is a little bit better. It's a pretty baby pink.

Instagram isn't really "new", but I decided to ad it anyway. It's been a favorite ever since it came out. And this dress I've been wearing A LOT this summer. Like, a lot. And I probably will continue wearing it in the fall time as well. That's how much I love it.
